Our Process
MEETING WITH OUR ENGINEER
- Our sales engineer will meet with the customer for the initial discussion to understand your requirements.
- If customer is out of city or country and not able to meet in person, we can arrange to have conf call to get to know the requirements.
SPACE AND BUDGET PLANNING
- Based on your requirement, we will create an initial estimate for your project needs.
- The initial estimate will have standard material specifications as well as the estimated cost for the assumed space allocation in the provided floor plan.
- Our sales engineer can explain the details wherever necessary.
APPROVING INITIAL ESTIMATE
- If the initial budget estimates are approved, then, we request you to make the token advance of 5% of the initial estimate.
- Once we receive the advance, our team will start preparing the designs as per the actual site measurements.
FINALIZING YOUR DESIGN REQUIREMENT
- Our team will prepare detailed designs as per the actual site measurements and help you select the various finishes for all the areas.
- The detailed designs including material specifications, finishes, hardware and accessories will be finalized with you.
APPROVING FINAL QUOTATION
- Based on the approved design and material specifications, we will send the final quotation for your approval.
- Unless there are no drastic changes in the design, measurements or material specification, the final quotation will be very close to the initial estimate.
- Once the final quotation is approved, we request you to make the 50% advance so that your job can be taken for production.
- At this time Vibgyor Interiors will enter into an agreement with you with regards to committed project completion date. Normally we take 45 days to complete the job once the 50% advance is paid.
MEASURMENT FOR PRODUCTION
- Once the designs are sent to production, our production team will make site measurements as needed to validate the drawings.
- Our production engineers will also assess the site conditions along with the other agencies’ work (plumbing, electrical, plastering and other civil works).
- We will require all the other agency works to be completed before we commence installation.
MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY CHECKS
- Our material procurement and production processes are highly aligned with intermittent quality checks for seamless manufacturing.
- We will keep you informed of your job status throughout the process.
DELIVERY WITH PROPER PACKAGING
- Based on the committed handover date, we will assess and keep you informed about the material delivery date and installation schedule.
- Our project engineer will visit and prepare the site readiness report to approve the delivery of materials from factory.
- At this stage, we request you to make 40% payment before the delivery of products.
- Upon payment confirmation, factory will coordinate with you and deliver all the materials as per agreed schedule.
SCHEDULING INSTALLATION
- Our project engineer will coordinate with you and schedule the installation in a phased manner.
INSTALLING BY OUR EXPERT TECHNICIANS
- Our highly trained technicians will install the products as per schedule.
- Project engineer will keep you updated about the progress throughout the installation timeline.
PROJECT HANDOVER
- Once the installation and cleaning process is completed, our site engineer will schedule a project hand over date so that there can be a joint inspection.
- Upon successful handover, we request you to make remaining 5% payment and also provide the customer feedback report to our site engineer.
